Location
Based out of Los Angeles. You’ll work from home and come to the office in Beverly Hills for meetings and demos as needed.
What you’ll do
Are you a go-getter with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're on the lookout for a vibrant and organized individual to join our team in the role of Marketing & Product Management Associate. As part of our dynamic crew, you'll provide essential support across various departments. The role involves supporting the sales and marketing process, product management, and company-wide projects and events.
Main responsibilities include:
Marketing and sales
Manage lead outreach and schedule group demos. Track activity and follow up through Hubspot.
Help set up and attend product demos ranging from large, in-person industry events, group demos and training sessions to 1:1 demos at the Fuzzy Door office. Facilitate meetings, handle logistics and capture notes and action items.
Follow up with prospects and facilitate the handoff to the designated internal team member; continue to ensure follow-up activity is happening in a timely manner.
Product
Provide support for ViewScreen Scout Beta accounts, working closely with the designated lead to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Support ViewScreen Scout Beta app user testing: Improve overall program systems and processes including organizing note-taking processes during tests, keeping detailed minutes, creating transcripts, and organizing videos
Help manage cross-team communication to make sure different departments are informed of changes that impact their work, identifying conflicts and clearing blockers to help everyone stay productive.
Team administration
Coordinate team meetings and manage the team-wide calendar
Coordinate and manage the budget for company events such as company offsites
Set up and manage organizational systems, including Notion, Google Drive, and Box

The ideal candidate
Brilliantly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
Technically-adept with the ability to quickly learn and manage new technology and systems
Strong communicator adept at conveying ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. Comfortable being direct to get ideas across quickly.
A love for learning, trying new things and having fun!
Experience
2 years of work experience in an admin/coordinator role or entertainment industry role
Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, or similar roles
Film industry experience is irreplaceable and highly preferred (awesome if you’ve worked on sets or in a production office)
Experience with the tools we use is a plus but not required (Slack, GitHub, Notion, Google Suite, Zoom, Hubspot)

Salary
The salary for this position is $65,000.
